Ingredients:

- 1 cup milk (any type)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup chopped vegetables (e.g., spinach, capsicum, mushrooms)
- 2 tablespoons of McLeod Nutrition Whey Protein Concentrate powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 190°C.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, whey protein concentrate powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Place the pie crust in a pie dish and crimp the edges if desired.
- Spread the chopped vegetables and shredded cheese evenly over the crust.
- Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables and cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until the quiche is set and golden brown on top.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
