Ingredients:
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 cup water or milk of your choice
- 1 tablespoon of McLeod Nutrition Whey Protein Concentrate powder
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- Toppings: sliced bananas, berries, nuts, seeds, honey, or nut butter
Instructions:
- In a saucepan, bring water or milk to a boil.
- Add rolled oats and reduce heat to medium-low. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in whey protein powder and cinnamon until well combined.
- Remove from heat and let it sit for a minute to thicken.
- Transfer to a bowl and add your favourite toppings.
