Porridge using Whey Protein Concentrate

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup water or milk of your choice
  • 1 tablespoon of McLeod Nutrition Whey Protein Concentrate powder
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • Toppings: sliced bananas, berries, nuts, seeds, honey, or nut butter


  1. In a saucepan, bring water or milk to a boil.
  2. Add rolled oats and reduce heat to medium-low. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Stir in whey protein powder and cinnamon until well combined.
  4. Remove from heat and let it sit for a minute to thicken.
  5. Transfer to a bowl and add your favourite toppings.
